CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
This is SafeWork NSW approved General Construction Induction Training (GIT) for the purposes of gaining a White Card or Construction Induction Card (CIC).


Pre-requisites

  • Must be at least 14 years of age.
  • Provide 100 Points of Identifiction (ID). If you do not have the required ID you will not be able to commence training. All ID must be original and not certified copies. Please see table below for list of valid ID
  • Check your Evidence of Identity (EOI) by downloading and completing the EOI SELF ASSESSMENT.
  • Successfully complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy Test prior to enrolment.
  • Enclosed footwear at all times and neat and tidy attire.
  • Agree to turn off mobile phones during class time and place them away. Acknowledge that failure to do so will result in a removal from class and forfeiture of tuition fee.

General Induction Training provides persons entering the construction industry with a basic knowledge of requirements under WHS laws, the common hazards and risks likely to be encountered on construction sites and how these risks should be controlled.

Duration: 7 hours (including Admin, Training, and Break)

SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol

RSA training applies to all levels of sales personnel involved in the sale, service and promotional service of alcohol in licensed premises. Those selling or serving alcohol may include food and beverage attendants; packaged liquor sales persons selling in person, over the phone or online; winery, brewery and distillery cellar door staff; and supplier sales representatives. The unit also applies to security staff who monitor customer behavior and to the licensee who is ultimately responsible for responsible service of alcohol (RSA) management.

Eligibility

  • Must be at least 15 years of age to do the training. Until you turn 18 however, you are not allowed to sell, serve or supply alcohol on a licensed premises.
  • You need to provide us with photo identification at enrollment and prior to commencing your training. This can include a Drivers Licence, NSW Photo Card or Proof of Age Card or a Passport.
  • Successfully complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy Test prior to enrollment.
  • Enclosed footwear at all times and neat and tidy attire.
  • Agree to turn off mobile phones during class time and place them away. Acknowledge that failure to do so will result in a removal from class and forfeiture of tuition fee.
